At Capezio Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your dancewear or footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and footwear is free from scuffs or marks.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
